Abstract

|
In order to investigate the effect of partial hepatectomy on the early change of the liver following administration of one of hepatocarcinogens, N-2-fluorenylacetamide, was observed histologically and histochemically. Partial hepatectomy induced proliferation of multiform cells and pseudobile duct formation due to N--2-fluorenylacetamide.
